Terms and Conditions
Unless noted, the products offered are custom made for each order and are final. We cannot alter an order based on error in selection of size or color. StudioZee LLC does not produce the products offered for sale and makes a best effort in determining quality of samples. However, we rely on the manufacturers ability to fulfill the order to specification and delivery of the product. In the cases when the order has not been sent to production we can cancel for refund. The fulfillment process relies on different vendors so a guarantee on refunding upon cancellation cannot be ensured, as each vendor will have different time frames for order completion. We will work with the customer and vendor in the best manner possible to resolve cancellation issues based on the timeliness of cancellation requests.
Privacy
The information that you supply when order products is used for the purposes of shipment only, and is shared with the product manufacturers in order for them to fulfill your purchase. By entering this information you acknowledge that this information will be shared with third parties. Studio Zee LLC will not supply Personal Credit Card Information (PCI) with the product vendors.
The information you supply in the membership area may be used to send information for store promotional items, events and other related updates. This information will not be shared with third party vendors, shared or sold.
Return Policy
​Orders cannot be exchanged as they are custom produced, unless noted.
In the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, the product vendor will replace the product within 30 days. You must use the contact form on this site to supply your order number and details of damage.
